SLIGO FEIS CEOIL was the vision of a group of volunteers who met for the first time in 1903.Today, it has international acclaim as a major festival of music.drama,dancing,singing and art.
Sligo Feis Ceoil supports the learning objectives in the curriculum.We reccommend that competitors take on board the adjudication they receive. It will assist them in the challenges they will encounter throughout their education and therefore enhance their personal development.
Many of our former competitors have gone on to work professionally in the Performing Arts and have been cast in Films T.V., Theatre Productions and Advertisements.
